wow...it's been awhile...so it's dec.4..only tweve days 'til I leave for the philippines. gone for three weeks, hopefully I won't be missed too much...had the parade today which was short but still HELLA tired, then saw the play for the 2nd time today, great job everyone that's part of it. GO APRIL AND JASON! i've been just so caught up with a lot of stuff and my grades have been suffering...but I'm back on track..had a great Huck Finn presentation and hope to have a better MGP presentation and 20's project.

now I've been thinking about this for a month now...and I've decided to run for drum major for marching season 2005-06...iuno what it did to make me make this decision...but I just want to see this band go uphill and hopefully me being drum major will help make that happen.

lol friday was hella cool...after marching band I went to SF for the jasmine trias concert...since I was one of the first 100 ppl there...i got to meet her after the concert! the concert was hella awesome, jay-r, paol santos, noyn were there too and they were awesome. jasmine can hella sing now too...it was just an awesome night.....i got a picture with jasmine..should be up on the left soon... this monday is the potluck for my church..can't wait. also, this tuesday...go to CHEVY"s in UNION CITY for filipino club...ask april or catherine for a flyer and check-in to get activity points...that's all for now..later

few see how much I truly care for people, how I'd put them over myself at any given point in time..and the fact that this unhappiness still exists makes it even harder to keep the hope that someday there will be someone to give me the light to fight the darkness, someone to wipe the tears out of my eyes..a lot of ppl don't realize that I live to see the happiness in others even at the expense of my own...how i live to see a smile across someone's face...and how I'd die to see someone let even one cry roll down their face...because their strength and love helps me get through my own problems...and seeing their pain kills me inside because even tho i have my own problems...I will always be there for a friend..my arms will always keep them warm...even if there's a rainstorm or an avalanche...nothing will keep me from saving a friend in need...if I have to sacrifice my own life just to save theirs...I will...no second thoughts...that's how much I care about the people I love

so band camp ended yesterday. it was sad but also fun. we got our shirts.it's a cool design but the glitter is still questionable....lol so first we marched our parade march "Americans We". then we did our percussion cadence "The Gauntlet" which was solid. then we did field show. if u were wondering...the song (in order are: Distorted, Reve Rouge, A La Lune, and Urban. they were all solid and awesome. haha after my solo in Urban the audience clapped so that was cool. then the ribbon ceremony took place. i thought as a leader...i wouldn't get one. then i was taken by surprise when i was given the great teacher award. it was a special one to me. then the ultimate drill down took place. since i placed third in one of the drill downs, i was eligible to participate in this one. i got 2nd place in this drill down woohoo!! i lost because i lost my balance. edison won 1st place...GO EDISON! then the "super ultimate drill down." since i didn't place 1st i had to sit out but this one was very enjoyable. jheirl won the grand prize...GO JHEIRL! haha afterward we ate and put stuff away. band camp was so much fun...i miss it already. but wow...being a leader is hard..and i'm so glad to have at least one day of rest lol. so yea..party next saturday. the info is up above..aiite...later folks

so band camp has started. met a few new ppl...but really need to get to know them more...im pretty sure it'll be easier for them to open as time goes by. the field show music is hella fun to play!!! this is my favorite field show by far.

not much has happened since i last really updated. oh..i should tell u guys that i am moving to....a new house in fremont. hope i didn't scare anyone. yea...it's the biggest news i've received all summer.let's see..the musical's ok...I mean...it's not hard, but sometimes I wish that I wasn't playing in it...but it's ok I guess. spirit week practice has been goin' good..though sometimes our practices go nowhere...but at least we're getting a head start so that's good, can't wait 'til spirit week hahaha. yesterday was cool. first..i went to my aunt's house in fremont to eat lunch, and I saw one of my aunts from seattle there too. after that, we took her to the airport cuz she had to go back. after that, we had to wati fro my uncle and aunt to arrive from houston at the airport. i haven't seen them in 8 years...hella long time. if that wasn't enough, after that..we went to brentwood to see my ninang(or godmother). i haven't seen her in 9 years, and that's cuz she lives in portland (family all over the place lol) she's hecka cool...and she slipped 50 dollars into my hand for my birthday :). oh yea..btw...my birthday's this sunday, august 1st. sadly, i have to perform that day...but if u wanna come see the show, it's at newark memorial, the doors are open at 2, the show starts at 2:30. for right now, i'm just gonna go out with my family to dinner after the musical for my birthday. the party for my birthday will be combined with scott for his birthday, so look out for more info later. i might have to go to the philippines alone for christmas and new year(shet....that's gonna be hella scary) but we'll see how that turns out. Band camp starts in less than 2 weeks!!! can't wait. i have section leader training next week..still need to find a ride....if not i'll either walk or take the bus...eh...still not fond of buses lol. alright..that's all for now...see you all later!

haha I have a new stalker...weird

well summer's been cool. came back from leadership camp yesterday, hecka fun. came in 2nd place out of the whole camp in zip zap zorb!!! go me. of course, the main point is how to be a great leader and I learned a lot. As for my plans for summer, it's pretty much busy. Besides hw for AP, I'm playing in a musical @ Newark Memorial, band camp, link, and I have spirit week stuff to do.
